BackAgain is available in three Server Editions: Workgroup, Enterprise, and Small Business. A Workstation Edition is also available. Pricing starts at only $79 for the Workstation Edition and only $275 for the Server Editions.

Some of the new features that are incorporated into the latest version of the software (Version 5.1) include:

BackAgain installs very quickly, with no system reboot required. It provides backup device discovery without the need for drivers. It supports virtually all tape drives in the base package. In addition, it supports disk-to-disk backup, optical media including CD-RW and DVD-RW, and removable media. Optional agents are available for live SQL Server backup and live Exchange Server backup - the latter to the individual mailbox, and now the individual MESSAGE, level. BackAgain also supports complete backup of remote workstations, laptops, and servers with its optional Remote File Agent.

BackAgain includes a "bare metal restore" utility for disaster recovery purposes at no additional charge. Unlimited free technical support is provided with the software. In addition, prior versions are supported, so there are no forced upgrades, as with some competitive backup software.
